ZWF Structured Packing

ZWF   ZWF means “Zero wall flow”, the patent zero wall flow device keep the wall flow remains below 2%. Can overcome the loss of the separation efficiency caused by wall flow.

Low pressure drop   The packing is characterized by slowly approaching the direction of the shaft in the direction of the upper and lower corrugations of each packing unit, and the opening of the corrugated plate has the transverse connection and guiding of the gas, and the air flow is slowly connected at the junction of the adjacent packing units. Change direction and reduce pressure drop and shear force.

High efficiency    Compare the gas flow at the junction of the packing with the gas flow inside the packing, the gas velocity is reduced by about 25%, the efficiency is increased by 15%, and the flux is greater.
